This tool gives you a bird's-eye view of everything you've talked about with ChatGPT — organized by topic, searchable by keyword, and mapped across time. Pin conversations to mark them for download. Use the tabs below to explore.
How many conversations you started each month. Peaks often reflect periods of focused work or exploration. Click any bar to browse that month's conversations.
Your conversations grouped into broad themes. Topics are detected automatically from conversation titles. Head to the Topics tab to browse individual conversations within each category.
Your conversations have been automatically grouped into topics based on their titles. Click any topic card to see every conversation in that category — then click a conversation title to read the full exchange.
Topics are estimated using keyword matching and may not always be accurate. Some conversations may land in the wrong category or fall into "Other." Use this as a rough guide, not a precise analysis.
Sorted by number of conversations. Click a topic to explore it.
Search across every conversation title and message — all processing happens in your browser, so nothing is sent anywhere. Type a keyword, a person's name, a project, a question you asked — anything you remember. Click the icon on any result to mark it for download.
Conversations you've pinned with the icon appear here. Download them individually from the conversation drawer, or download all at once as a ZIP.
You can share downloaded conversations with your favorite AI for analysis or experience mining — surfacing patterns, themes, or insights across a set of related exchanges. Keep file size limits in mind: if you're attaching conversations directly, start with a focused selection rather than everything at once.
See how your focus shifted month by month. Toggle topics on and off using the chips below the chart to compare specific themes. The emoji on each data point matches the topic — hover for the exact count, or click to see which conversations contributed to that data point.
Toggle topics below to focus the view. Showing your top topics by default.
Extract your side of every conversation — your messages only, not the AI's responses — into a text file you can hand to any AI assistant. Use it to build a personal profile, summarize your working style, or give a new AI context about how you think and what you work on.
Select a file size limit below, then click Extract. Larger exports include more history but may be too big to attach directly — 10 MB is a good starting point. Once extracted, download the data file and the prompt, attach both to a new AI conversation, and paste the cover message to get started.
We found multiple accounts in your upload. Confirm or edit the names below — you can always rename them later in Settings.
